GeePower as a professional Lithium battery factory, our battery cell workshops are Positive Pressure, purified and dust-free. The workshop air pressure is larger than outside ≈8Pa. Ensure that the temperature, humidity and dust in the workshop are well controlled and the outside air does not pollute the workshop.
In addition to this, battery cells consistency is an important index to control the quality and performance of battery pack. We are using Fully Automatic control system and Auto-machines to classify all of the cells in a pack with same parameters. Minimize human error and interference.
