Description
GP148N50M 3P4S 14.8V150AH from Prismatic ev battery module manufacturers GeePower. It is a general tri-metal shell battery module, assembled with 12pcs 3.7V50AH prismatic battery cells, 4pcs cells in series, 3pcs cells in parallels. Can be used for EV or energy storage field.
The bottom of the module is its main heat conduction path. It is recommended to arrange the heating and cooling devices at the bottom, including PTC heating plate and liquid cooling plate, etc.

Modular Mechanical Interface and Dimensions

The preset through-hole in the end plate of the module serves as the mechanical interface connecting the module with the box body. It is recommended to install the welding nuts at the bottom of the box and fix the module and the box through the installation holes with long bolts. It is also recommended to add the fixing plates at the upper end of the module to connect each module and to enhance the overall stiffness of the box.
Product details
The module is welded by Automatic laser welding equipment, contains low-voltage wiring harnesses, such as voltage and temperature acquisition lines connected with the pole and HRS ZG05L2-16P-1.8H connectors for the exterior terminal, easy for connection.
